We provide a comprehensive service for aptamer screening and binding optimization.

Simply send us your sample—we’ll screen or optimize its binding to aptamer sequences, and provide you with the data within 2–4 weeks.
Our aptamer binding assays use single- or dual-color detection, as well as quantitative measurements of binding, image data processing, and signal data processing. Within 2–4 weeks of receiving your sample(s), we provide you with the results, representative and original array images, and raw data. We also offer additional services for in-depth binding data analysis and curve fitting of quantitative measurements.
Our standard aptamer microarray contains more than 1,000 sequences. A small number of customer-specified sequences can be added at no extra cost. Alternatively, you may choose a completely custom microarray, with thousands of customer-specified aptamer sequences synthesized in situ on an addressable high-density microchip.
LC Sciences can also assist with custom aptamer sequence design. The protein assay is performed on a µParaflo® biochip, leveraging powerful microfluidic µParaflo® technology. Microfluidic circulation enables efficient sample–aptamer contact and uniform binding across all sites.

Our Comprehensive Service
At LC Sciences, we offer a genome-wide microRNA expression profiling service using a microarray detection system developed specifically for microRNA detection. Send us your total RNA sample, and we’ll perform all the necessary steps, from sample QC through data analysis. We can perform microarray analysis on a single sample to create an expression profile, or hybridize two samples on the same microarray for dual-sample analysis. This is especially useful when comparing two samples, such as wild-type vs. mutant, or samples treated in different ways.
Our comprehensive “Total RNA to Data” service includes: sample QC, sample preparation and labeling, microRNA detection (hybridization to a µParaflo® microfluidics chip), array scanning and data extraction, and full data analysis.
Within 2–3 weeks, you will receive: original and processed scan images, the array layout and list of sequences, raw and processed data, a list of differentially expressed transcripts (dual-sample arrays only), and a summary report of the results.
