Prof. Zhou is a globally renowned expert in the field of biotechnology. He currently serves as founder of Xeotron GeneChip, CEO and CTO of Atactic Technologies, CEO & CTO of LC Sciences, and holds numerous other esteemed positions. He held the position of researcher at the Technology and Manufacturing Center of the University of Michigan, USA. He has conducted research on new semiconductor materials and microelectronics for over two decades, during which time he has published over 70 papers and applied for more than 20 patents. His work focuses on the application and development of biochips and second-generation sequencing.

Prof. Gao is a globally esteemed scientist, serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Science and Technology of China, a member of the China Yangtze River Scholars Professorship Review Committee, and a Professor of Biology and Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Houston. Additionally, she serves as the Director of the Office of Research at the National Cancer Research Foundation. She has published over 100 papers, 17 monographs, and 26 patents. She has published six research papers in Nature, Science and its affiliated journals. She has received support from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Cancer Institute (NCI), and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and has been awarded grants from the NIH, NCI, and DARPA at their highest funding levels.
